Fashion Intro
Fashion Intro introduced my 6-to-10-year-olds to the world of design—a simplified, hands-on version of the work I do as a maker myself. Students built mood boards to gather ideas, sketched their own designs, and brought them to life through hands-on projects, even learning to use a sewing machine. From inspiration to construction, the class gave young students a real taste of how a fashion idea travels from imagination to a finished, made object.
